1. Report Generation Failure
If your report failed to generate after payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Attaching a screenshot of the error when contacting us helps us process your refund faster.

2. After Successful Report Generation (One-Time Reports)
One-time reports are non-refundable once viewed, as the analysis is delivered instantly as digital content. However, if your PDF download did not complete successfully, contact hny1922@hnycompany.net and we will send the report to you by email.

- Digital reports are delivered immediately upon payment and provided once at the time of purchase, with no separate validity period.
- Due to the nature of the Service, re-downloading by revisiting the site is not supported.
- We recommend saving your report locally as soon as you receive it.
- If a PDF download error occurs, contact hny1922@hnycompany.net and we will email your report within 24 hours.
